Campaign for Game Changers
Did you know half of our staff are college students? With over 10 majors represented - from sports therapy to athletic management - these students balance attending courses and working 20+ hours a week for Game Changers. Their diligence in educating parents and youth about sports safety deserves to be fairly compensated. Donate or sponsor today!
The mental health of young athletes is equally as important as their physical safety. Game Changers believes in fighting the stigma to help parents have emotionally honest conversations with their children. Checking on your child's happiness on the field and among their peers can make all the difference in the world. Get your head in the game and learn more.
Every summer, you and your child have the opportunity to choose between a wide array of sports and athletics. But what activity suits your family best? Schedules, finances and your child's needs can all be factors in this decision - so what do you do? Game Changers has all the information to help you choose. Learn more.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and that's just the way it goes! But how do you teach your children to roll with whatever outcome their game or competition may end with? Game Changers wants to help you start the conversation with your child about sportsmanship and handling their athletic journey in stride. Learn more.
Participating in team sports teaches your child invaluable lessons that will last a lifetime. But what are all the skills and qualities your child will learn? Kids will be kids, and that means parents have to be cautious with everything they get their hands on. This is especially true for outdoor active toys, where scooters can lead to knee scrapes and bikes can lead to head bonks. Game Changers wants kids to be active while staying safe, and parents can provide that by checking that their child's toys are age and size suitable. Read our list:
